A true leader is a person or mentor with a servant’s heart.  If you don’t have a passion for helping other people you are not a true leader. Once you give value to others they will pay attention to you and follow you.

True leaders know that the money is in the list? It’s very important to remember that people will not join your list unless they know you as a valuable leader. Most people are looking for someone that can teach them how to build their business. It’s very impo9rtant to remember that people will not your list unless they know you as a valuabe leader. The more value you can teach others the more people will attract to you. When you support other people to get what they want in what every business they are doing it will be as the saying. “The good you do, comes back to you.

When starting a business you need to have a great relationship with each person in your business.  You have to build trust within each other.

True leaders are consistently working and studying to develop their natural skills.  This takes faithfulness. A leader never stops learning.  The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your capabilities.

The road to success is not always easy but to have the knowledge of how to lead will take you a long way. Thomas Huxley once said: “Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you like it or not.”  Self-discipline is the key to success.  The strength of will to drive yourself to pay the price to success – doing what other people don’t like to do, going the extra mile, fighting and winning the lonely struggle with yourself.
